Today with the past growing technology, everything has been revolutionized. The product of modern technology brought us comfort to our everyday living without wasting much of our time and energy. With this system we can easily keep records about the students and it can be easily search the information about them. The system also has the procedures and methods on how the quality control process can ensure the effectiveness of the system to produce an output.

FINDINGS:
Base on the gathered information the proponents have came up with the following findings: 1. The design of the project evaluates the whole structure of the system. 2. The study describes the description of the complete system. 3. The study shows on how to operate the system.

BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY

OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY
The main objective of this project study is to design and develop a “PROPOSED STUDENT REGISTRATION INFORMATION SYSTEM”. In the whole process of developing the study, the researchers had been guided with the following specific objectives: 1. Gathered all information that is needed to develop the proposed system. 2. Design and construct the structure of the proposed “Fast and Easy Computer game”. 3. Develop the proposed project study

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY
This study will be beneficial to the following:
To other programmer who had a similar need in computer system, they can consult the proponents for the program usage and can serve as a guide or reference to them.
To future researchers in the field of computer programs and design, this project study will serve as reference material for them.

SCOPE AND LIMITATION OF THE STUDY
The system has the ability to add, edit, delete, and search the name of the student information, to update the records, search the full name of the student and to end the system. When you want to add the information about the student just click the add button and filled up the following in the form about the student. In edit button you can manually edit in the list the information about the students. You can also delete the recorded information on this system. When you click the update button the records will be updated on your system. By search button you will just type the full name of the student. This system is focus on the records of all information about the students and to keep records about each of them.

The proposed study primarily use and applied the concept of Visual Basic 6.0.

CHAPTER II

Computers had become indispensable part of our lives that it would be impossible to live in this complex world without them. Computers change our society and opened up new opportunities that would have gone undiscovered or neglected. It is likewise an abundance of tool striving to be the first to adopt innovative technology that will provide them a market advantage.

This system is also used when the real system cannot be engaged, because it may not be accessible, or it may be dangerous or unacceptable to engage, or it is being designed but not yet built, or it may simply not exist. SYNTHESIS
The proponents have reviewed some work that contributes a great significance and influences in the proposed system. These systems vary in size, scope and capability, from packages that are implemented in relatively small organizations to cover student records alone, to enterprise-wide solutions that aim to cover most aspects of running large multi-campus organizations with significant local responsibility. Many systems can be scaled to different levels of functionality by purchasing add-on “modules” and can typically be configured by their home institutions to meet local needs. Until recently, the common functions of a student records system are to support the maintenance of personal and study information relating to: * Handling inquiries from prospective students

DEVELOPMENT METHODS AND PROCEDURES
This chapter presents the development method and design stage of the project. It also covers the research design stages of the proposed project used in order to complete the project study.

This study used to descriptive method of research since it will be useful in the conduct of the study until its final completion.

universities and surfing on the net to complete the proposed system.

Figure 1 show the different process employed in creating a desirable output for the completion of the design. Each process had played a vital role in the conduct of the whole study. The first stage is the preparation to the project proposal.

They consider several factors on choosing such project. The second stage includes analyzing, designing, and constructing the project. In this stage, the researchers analyzed the gathered data in the context of its importance and function in the whole program. The third stage is the testing the operation of the system, it should be tested before its implementation to avoid any problems. It also enables to evaluate the application of the program. After a careful testing, the researchers came up with the present project design.

All function parts are evaluated to ensure good performance constructing and assembling of each component followed and the output was developed.

CONSTRUCTION PROCEDURES

1. Constructing the program and determining the design application and the
programming language to be used.
2. Installation of the required program and software such as the programming language which is the Visual Basic 6.0
3. Visualizing what will be the appearance of the system.
4. In making forms and codes using the Visual Basic 6.0, designing the appearance and making the proposed system a user-friendly in its environment.
5. Check the entire program and determine if it is properly working.

In this phase, possible output develops, the researchers created a system that can be easily administered. It will also discuss how to system programs work. All requirements as well as the output are clearly state and specified. The researchers use the visual basic 6.0 in the creation of the instructional materials. 1. PRESENTATION ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS
This chapter deals with the analysis of the data gained, interpretation of the collected information and the discussion of the presented design of the “Pharmacy Product List System”. 1.GATHERED INFORMATION

After the researchers conducted research form different libraries therefore they conclude that the proposed system is can be useful for those admistrator in a university. And they also find out that it is easier to operate and understand.

The researchers found out also after browsing the net the possible programming language that we are going to use is a higher type of visual basic 6.0 instead of visual basic 5.0. Also the surveys from different person help them to choose which programming language has better features that will surely help to maintain the system. 2.DESIGN AND PLANNING THE PROJECT

This part represents the evaluation of the structure of the design study according to the required requirements of the system to develop the Student Registration Information system. On this figure which include the proposal of the project, data gathering, planning, conceptualizing, analyzing, designing, coding, testing, and evaluation and lastly the utilization. On the first stage the researchers formulated and evaluated topics in order to make and develop the system design using physical characteristics of human. Data gathering, planning, and conceptualizing, analyzing, designing and program coding for the system design were done in the second and third stage. A series of tests and evaluations were done after the completion of the program coding of the system for the proper navigation of different links and for the effectiveness of the entire program.
