This study intended to analyze the proposed online enrollment system and the current computerize enrollment system of Olivarez College.
Specifically, this study sought to find answer to the following questions:
1. What is the profile of the respondents in terms of:
1.1 Age,
1.2 Gender,
1.3 Year Level, and
1.4 Course?

2. To what extent does the current enrollment system needs enhancement, as regards:
2.1 efficiency,
2.2 accuracy,
2.3 relaiability,
2.4 robustness, and
2.5 flexibility?

3. Is there a significant difference on the perception of the respondents with regards to the enhancement of the current enrollment system, in terms of the variables in no. 2? 4. Based on the findings of the study, what improvements are necessary to develop the on-line enrollment system?

Summary of Findings1. Finding showed that out of 50 respondents 33 or 66% were male and 17 or 34% were female. This suggests that majority of the respondents were male. In terms of age, 1 or 2% were below 18 years old, 25 or 50% were 18 to 20 years old and 24 or 48% were over 20 years of age, revealing that majority of the respondents were over 20 years old.

The findings also showed the percentage that 22 or 44% of the respondents were Computer Science students and 28 or 56% were Business Administration students. This means that majority of the respondents were coming from the business administration students. 2. The findings revealed that the current enrollment system demonstrated efficient performance and the application of information to perform a required task interpreted as “moderate extent” with a weighted mean of 2.56. The indicator of easy to utilize and use had a weighted mean of 2.17 interpreted as to “least extent”. The current system completes its purpose without wasting resources had weighted mean of 2.13 interpreted as “least extent”. Convenient to use had weighted mean of 2.16 interpreted as “least extent”. Finally, reduces inventory cost got a mean of 2.73 interpreted as “moderate extent”.

Accuracy of the system also revealed that business administration got a weighted mean of 2.96 were favorably agreed that the current enrollment system must be enhanced when it comes to accuracy and 2.91 respectively as to Computer Science with T-value of -0.537 and 0.309 as the level of significance leading to accept the decision.

Reliability of the system also revealed that Business Administration with a weighted mean of 2.44 were favorably agreed that the current enrolment system must be enhanced when it comes to accuracy and 2.39 respectively as to Computer Science with T-value of -0.352 and 0.371 as the level of significance leading to accept decision.

Robustness of the system also revealed that business administration got a weighted mean of 2.43 were favorably agreed that the current enrolment system must be enhanced when it comes to accuracy and 2.34 respectively as to Computer Science with T-value of -2.905 and 0.021 as the level of significance leading to accept the decision.

Among the two groups of respondents Business Administration favorably agreed that the current enrollment needs enhancement with over-all weighted mean of 2.57 and 2.43 respectively for the Computer Science. Also, the table showed that the T-value of the total weighted mean od the two groups of respondents is -1.93 and 0.032 level of significance leading to reject decision.Conclusions Based on the findings the following conclusions were drawn:

Recommendations
Based on the conclusion made the following recommendations were drawn: 1. As to efficiency, the current system needs to be improved and make it user friendly. 2. The current system must be improved in reducing errors, omissions and bringing out accurate information needed.

3. As to reliability, the current system must be improved in containing uniform notations terminologies and also maintaining information
confidentially.4. As to robustness, the current system must be improved by protecting data against unauthorized access and facilities updating to satisfy the new requirements. 5. As to flexibility, the current system must be improved by having the ability to store large information and can easily be operated.

6. As to improvements necessary online enrollment system must be developed. The researchers recommend that the system must be enhanced base on its efficiency, accuracy, reliability, robustness, and flexibility.

Efficiency means easy to utilize and convenient to use. Accuracy means reduces errors and omission. Reliability means helps to track services needed and expects to perform as intended, Robustness means Online with other departments and protect data against unauthorized access and Flexibility means can be easily operated and peripheral device can be used alone.
