Examination of the fives forces of mental models and mindsets and the four styles of creative intelligence unfolds complexity within society and also the simplicity both sets and styles observed once understood. The following paper explains and describes the five forces of mental model and mindsets. This paper also provides information about workplace personal experiences of mental model and mindsets. According to (Rowe, 2004), “The four styles of creative intelligence include intuitive, innovative, imaginative, and inspirational. Creative intelligence can be referred to the ability of identifying and adapting with new situations with creative solutions in more efficient manner.” Creative intelligence comprises of power and imagination. The knowledge of imagination comes prior to the knowledge of intelligence creativity. Intuitive concentrates on results and depends on previous experiences to direct action decisions. A business revitalizes a sluggish organization with concentrating on results and action. This procedure can be tough on the competition but also fair. The intuitive style produces potential and creates innovation, which illustrates inventive people, which is typical of successful supervisors. The intuitive style focuses on outcomes, productivity, success, common sense, and the capability of finding the correct answer fast (Rowe, 2004).

The innovative style focuses on solving problems, questioning, logical, diligence, and requires specific experiments (Rowe, 2004). Inventors, engineers, and scientist have characteristics of the innovative style. Innovative people often deal with complex situations with ease and persevere in difficult situations. According to (Rowe, 2004), “Although the working environment often affects how people perform, truly creative people transcend physical discomfort and inconvenience to pursue their goals and visions.” The imaginative style focuses on identifying opportunities, an innovative thinker, risk-taker, artistic, enjoys writing, and thinks out of the box. In a business, it can be used at a company or individual level. The creative thinking of an individual thinks up innovative ideas in the individual level. At the organizational level the process of making a decision involves a combined way of thinking in corporate environment. The third style imaginative is typical of insightful peoples like, writers, actors, musicians, and artists. Inspirational is the last style, which concentrates on social change and focuses on introducing change, which helps other people. There is a substantial amount of significance of pertinent information and consciousness in this style. Problem-solving becomes more realistic in the decision-making process.

The inspirational style is a positive style and is action-oriented, functions on instinct, focuses on goal achieving. Comparison of the four styles consists of the intuitive style, which reacts to operational issues, innovative people depends on information, gains insight with issues, takes time out studying. The imaginative style relies on findings as the basis for making informative decisions and the inspiration style focuses on the well-being of other people first. The intuitive style in an emergency makes fast, intelligent judgments, the imaginative style is better when comprehending the far-reaching results of particular issues, this style is more effective. Each style illustrates a particular creative intelligent style most individuals have more than one creative type of style. The degree of intensity for each style reacts as a guide for each person. This kind of approach of creativity increased the amount of the creative intelligence style. According to (Stamm, 2003), “The importance of having many styles of creativity is that one is able to more fully and accurately describe an individual’s creative intelligence.” Initially mental models appear insignificant and trivial nevertheless these styles cannot be as important.

Mental model is an illustration of a person’s thought process, which explains how the world works. A person’s imagination has a major part of interaction reflections in the world today. These models are extremely crucial in the decision making process. Internal and external forces affect the mental models and mindsets. The internal and external forces consist of mental capability, consciousness, social change, intellect, training, working conditions, and much more. Influence from these forces depends on the individual and his or her mental level. Mental models vary from individual to individual and the decision making is a mental process. Mental models are larger than business models or technology. Mental models represent the way a person sees the world. In some instances, mental models limit capabilities in exploring innovative solutions for specific situations created by preconceived reactions. There are a variety of mental models used in the decision making process by personnel in the workplace every day. Mental models and mindsets influence the workplace in positive and negative ways. My judgments and outcomes are often directed by structural and functional models.

Appling the functional model allows comprehension of the mission in certain circumstances in solution finding. Typically, the functional mental model creates an essential start for making appropriate decisions for an issue in situations. There are many additional elements, which relate to a specific issue. A structural mental model used in order to comprehend these problem areas. Structural mental model allows me to be mindful of several problems and their relationship in my office and in the specific location. Consequently, the structural, and functional mental models and mindsets affect the workplace decision making process on the best solution for the problem or issue. In conclusion creative intelligence is the ability of making applicable decisions for a problem or circumstance. There are four types of creative styles, which various people use as mental ability. At the job or in everyday life there is a critical portion of the mental models and mindsets in the decision making process.
