Actually, Apple Company does have a good reputation because of the sincerity of the entrepreneur dealing with customers and buying them an efficient product that may satisfy their needs. Otherwise. Leadership should also adapt an internal code of ethics as part of the value system of their company that all policies and processes rely on.
Finally, a business man is a person that always uses his own strategy to convince his costumer to buy his product or service. He is creative and seeks new growth opportunities by keeping his feet on the ground in order to increase his market share. In addition, he must take care of his employees so they will be able to take care of customers too.
