Obesity from fast food is on the brink of becoming an epidemic. While fast food is great sometimes it can also be harmful if it is used as part of a daily or weekly routine. Healthiness can not be bought in the freezer section at the grocery store or in a local fast food joint, but it can be earned by cooking at home. Even if food was purchased off of the value menu there would still be the problem of ordering other appetizing foods which cost more, and even if you eat off the value menu the cost would still be greater than eating at home.
