Introduction of TOPIC

If I could choose to go anywhere in China, I would choose to go to Beijing. Since the Olympic Games were held in the city, it has become one of the most technologically advanced cities in the world. Though China still has a long way to go as far as social advancement is concerned, this is one city that has become much more cosmopolitan as a result of the Olympic Games and their influence.

My perception of China has changed dramatically since I learned much more about their nation. There is a lot of information out there about China and not all of it is true. By finding out about all of their inventions and all of their modern advances, one can see why China would be a place that people must visit in order to completely their world view. The country is extremely interesting because of the variation within their population. On one hand, there is the highly motivated base of people who have powered many of the innovations. On the other hand, there is still a huge population that relies upon farming to make it.

China is remarkable in how they manage to have so many people doing so many things and yet, they still push forward in a changing global economy. The entire country seems driven and motivated to succeed, which is something very special. This is really one of these reasons why I would want to visit the city of Beijing. It is, above all else, home to a group of people that are constantly doing whatever it takes to make sure that China moves forward in an ever-changing world that is not giving anything.
