Diffucult Decisions Essay Sample

In life, you will sometimes come across making some difficult decisions. One of my difficult decisions I had to make, was whether or not to keep a job, or to quit the job and be a full time student in college. The first process of my decision started in high school, I decided I wanted a job so I could experience the work force and to make a little side cash for myself. After school each day, I went to all kinds of places to apply for a job. Finally, in June, I got a call for an interview and I got the job. I knew before I got the job that I wanted to be a full time college student, and so with that being said, I had myself thinking, “Can I handle a job and be a full time college student?”. I really liked working and having money on my own rather than asking my parents for money.

Another thought of mine was “What is more important? Side cash, or an education to an even better, higher paying job?”. It is July now, and it’s getting very close for college to start, so I knew I had to make a decision soon. After evaluating my thoughts, getting an education to an even better, higher paying job was most important to me. The decision I chose to make was to quit the job and be a full time college student. Life is not easy, and neither are difficult decisions. I’m very pleased with the decision I made, because I chose the most important to me.
