Effects of lack of sleep

Specific purpose: To inform my audience about the effect of lack of sleep for health. Central idea: Lack of sleep or insomnia can lead to several long-term medical conditions. Sleep deprivation can have effects on both your mental and physical health. There are several negative effects of not getting enough sleep.
