Extracullicular Activities

According to the English Wiki, extracurricular activities are defined as activities performed by students that fall outside the realm of the normal curriculum of school, or university education.

       As person, the only out of curriculum activity I involve in is fishery. This is done with not only having fun but also gaining experience and income from the field.

Fishery is not a work or activity that one could just embark on without knowing one or two things concerning it, and again it is cost intensive.

       Going into this activity as a student is not all that easy. This project is divided into 4 stages:

1. Pond Construction: This is a stage where I constructed a 9 by10 pond for the fishes. After the construction, I personally did the plumbing work of getting water in and out.
2. Intoxification/ Stocking: After my pond is ready, I made sure that I get rid of all toxins by applying a disinfectant and after 3 days, I stocked the pond with 1500 fingerlings.
3. Presently, every time I come back home, all I do is give them their pellets, put some in aquariums and sell to neighbours.
4. The last stage which am yet to get to is the harvesting stage whereby I will have to sell the table size fishes for consumption. Though before that I will take their pictures I paste it in my library as a work of nature.

      This is all I have to say about my personal work.
