Communication grants an association or institute to organize and merge to accomplish a general objective. Communication and nuances, whether it is unofficial, informal, or formal, must be sternly followed.

As a coordinator of communication, also known as a marketing professional, for a drug pharmacy coordinates organizations both externally and internally. A key role in the reputation of an association with the vast public and employees is the occupation of a communications coordinator. Although a communications coordinator may specialize in marketing or public relations, communications coordinator work directly for an agency or organization.

Traditional, social, and electronic media for health care communication has advantages and disadvantages. Awareness may be raised and increase knowledge of an issue may happen with social media. Although the all audience’s needs can be targeted, social media and traditional communication may not be able to assemble all of the communication goals that are being attended to. There are various ways that I will reach out to the media in indication to the situation, due to the current epidemic of pessimistic results that were reported to the national drug manufacturer.

A chief factor in each association is supervision. “The process of organizing, planning, controlling the use of resources and leading to accomplish performance goals” (Lombardi, Schermerhorn, & Kramer, 2007, p.5) is management. Business moves along smoothly when functions and roles of most managers help guarantee that the association course is stable. In order for employees to work towards common goals, managers, with four major functions, assist in the health care setting. The following functions are responsibilities for managers of all levels: resolution maker, arranging the process of formatting procedures, presentation objectives, permitting and directing, and organizing the procedure of assigning. Some other responsibilities are taking curative procedures, calculating the process of evaluating results, and encouraging activities that maintain company goals, leading the process of building assurance, and congregate and inferring work routine. These responsibilities help achieve, and fulfill global organizations objectives, high routine goals and quotas. The managers’ responsibility is to entrust high productivity in the success of an organization and guarantee this achievement.

The communications coordinator goal, as a fundamental benefit to the public and medical community, is to transmit all apprehensions to our community in a very susceptible and cautious method. By utilizing the sources of internet, news, radio, social networking and related companies, a wider vast audience can be reached. For example, if local or mainstream news reports a well known public figure may have been affected by a drug, a communications coordinator must handle the issue vigilantly. By addressing the appropriate public, a communications coordinator can ensure there no loss in production without trailing business and the expectation created by the manufacturer with consumers and investors.

While maintaining the important HIPPAA guidelines, a communication coordinator must confer objectives of medical concerns and tactics that are must suitable for the association’s condition. Using face-to-face message allows the communication coordinator to talk to the well-known public figure personally to build trust and to ensure that the pessimistic effects of the medication are full heed rancid. This outline statement shows sentiment and clears up any misinterpretation and decides that subdivision topic. Using face-to-face communication to the common is durable and very complicated because each personage has their own views and opinions. There are several disadvantages of using this form of communication. These inconveniences of face-to-face communication “are less authentic than written communication as they are informal and not as organized as written communication, are not easy to maintain and thus they are unsteady, and there may be misunderstandings as the information is not entire and might require fundamentals”(“Oral communication -,” ).

Several of the advantages of electronic communication are the capability to accomplish a great level of citizens particularly via the internet. The communications coordinators have to make sure when utilizing electronic communication has to have permission to use the patients e-mail. This is vital because HIPAA email is deemed as PHI.

Several means of communication can be utilize for communications coordinator. Social media, electronic and traditional communications are the methods. Newspapers, face to face, and magazines are traditional communication. Emails and the internet news is considered electronic communication. The radio and television is considered social media communication. There are advantages and disadvantages of using either means of communication. It is the communications coordinator occupation to manage and utilize these methods to the best of its ability. These methods must oblige and be enforce by the HIPAA to prevent the misuse of patient’s information.
