regard this situation as a issue to solve. They have made efforts to help such countries through financial support, construction of fundamental infrastructure, and education. These efforts for improvements will accomplish the goal of making poor people become happier by global developed countries’ standards.

From another point of view, such external interventions cause the internal order of developing countries to collapse. That is to say, they feel that they are poor because they are regarded as poor by rich people and themselves. Others say that, had it not been for Foreign Aid, people in developing countries could have lived happily in their traditional way. However, the fact is that the world is becoming increasingly globalized – or at least most people suppose so.

In my opinion, since external improvement has begun, Donor Countries should take responsibility for improving poor countries. At the same time, cooperation from both parties is needed for the gradual shift from traditional orders to global standards and benefits of developed countries as executors. If people reconsider whether the current paradigm of “globalism” is acceptable or not for various people including rich and poor people, it may be a step to create a better world.
