We cannot make all children equal as they all have different needs and are different from one another but we can aim to offer each unique chiild suited equality suited to their individual needs and requirements. Each practitioner needs to understand that each child will have different needs taking into account that childs characteristics. 1.1iii Inclusion

Inclusion is for each child to have equal opportunities and the setting the child attends will that they include the parents into the setting and have a good relationship with the parents, including feeding back to them about their child and how their days has been. Also the staff in the setting they must ensure that they are taking full advantage of what the setting has to offer and participate in interaction with the children to help develop their learning, in addition to this each staff memeber should make sure that the children and parents feel welcome in the setting and to make them feel at ease of who is looking after their child. 1.2 Describe the potential effects of discrimination

If they have a disability
