Passive Communication is the communication style in which one puts the rights of others before his own and minimizes his own self-worth. Assertive Communication is a communication style in which you stand up for your rights while maintaining respect for the rights of others. Aggressive Communication is the communication style when one stands up for his rights but violates the rights of others. Job Recruitment is the process of attracting, screening and selecting a qualified person for a job. Onboarding is the term which describes the process of helping new employees become productive members of an organization. Outsourcing is the use of one or more strategies to attract or identify candidates to fill job vacancies. Curriculum Vitae is the document that provides an overview of a person’s experience and other qualifications.
