Modern or Traditional Lifestyle?

Some people are often fascinated in discovering and learning about the lifestyle of the older times. Those classic, sophisticated kinds of lifestyle that is often associated with the term antiquity, in simpler terms, the traditional lifestyle that is considered more conservative and modest. However, we are also usually struck and amazed by the modern lifestyle the current generation has introduced. It is amazing how the usual tasks nowadays are done friskily and easily with the help of modern technologies. Everything seems to have that “instant” tag that implies how easy things are being acquired and completed nowadays, such as food, communication and information among the others. Many aspects of the society and the daily living of people have also changed and underwent developments.

Information and Communication Technologies nowadays became very powerful since it offers almost everything with just one click of a button through the very influential internet. More and more machines and gadgets are also being introduced to the modern society, which are helping people in their usual tasks better and faster everyday. Architecture and the aesthetic quality of infrastructures are also remarkable. Indeed the modern lifestyle literally has made things easier for the people. Not just easier, but more possible. This is because the things that seemed impossible in the earlier times were now evidently made achievable by these modern technologies. Bearing in mind these things, it can be considered that modern lifestyle indeed is way better that how people have lived during the earlier times. Yes, we may often look back to the coziness, warmth, conservativeness and simplicity of the traditional lifestyle, but the modern lifestyle has undeniably opened millions of opportunities for the human race which I think is the best way of allowing human development. We realize how development is essential for us humans, and this can only be possible if we will always look forward rather than back to the traditional times.
