The culture of a company defines the company and represents its values, visions, norms, working language, systems, symbols, beliefs and habits. This is the heart beat of the business this is what makes the business successful. It is also a way that new employees are taught as a way of thinking and feeling. Organizational culture affects the way people and groups interact with each other, with clients, and with stakeholders. The best company that I could find that represents all of these aspects was Disney. They not only live this they teach this. They formed an organization call Disney Institute that is a proven way to let executives and leaders from other organizations learn the success behind Disney. The Disney Institute focuses on the Disney business strategies and practices that have proven to work for over 50 years. Businesses from all over the United States come to learn this art of effectively, managing people, providing service and creatively running a business.

These are not only the topic they teach and mentor to other businesses but these are also their values. This is what they live and breathe every day in the world of Disney. This business culture has more than contributed to the success of Disney it has made it be the poster business philosophy to live by.
