My leadership, hardworking ethnics, and enthusiastic attitude combined with my past work experience and knowledge I have learned thus far from the Culinary Institute will make me an excellent candidate for this position. I am very interested in Golf course resorts. I know of the high standards Pebble Beach has to offer and would love to be a part of the team. As seen in my resume, I plan on pursuing an 18 week externship from April until August. I am currently enrolled in the AOS program in culinary arts and plan on enrolling in the Bachelors program afterwards. I have developed many foodservice skills from my previous 4 years of experience. I have worked front of the house, and stations all over the kitchen.
From Line cook, garde manager to assistant kitchen supervisor, I have gained many social and leadership skills demanded to be successful in the industry. I am learning all about cooking and foodservice from the tough curriculum offered by the Culinary Institute, and plan to thrive and be very successful after graduation.
