(2-4 sentences. 1.0 points) I think the best example of this is when someone I knew refused to drink alcohol despite everyone else doing so. He used responsibility.

11. Describe a time when you have worked with a group of people, such as with students for a school project, with coworkers at a job, or with family members to complete a chore. Describe the dynamics of the group, and then describe at least one way the group dynamics could have been improved. (3-6 sentences. 3.0 points) Going on a picnic with my family we all helped out with packing and getting everything ready and finding the perfect spot to grill. The car could have been more organized so we could at least not a squished between things in the back.
