1 – Negotiation – by using well aforementioned skills(good listening and good speaking skills); not always go for a compromise (which does not fully satisfies the participants), but be able to find an alternative exit, third options who would make satisfied both sides of a potential conflict. 2 – Mediation – having an impartial person who is going to act as a mediator when necessary.

Learning activity it is improving knowledge skills and understanding by reflecting on my own working activities using skills like reading workbooks or work-based courses. Personally I am improving my skills and knowledge by reading all relevant materials related to social care subject (like books, magazines, newspapers, scientific journals etc…). Also a huge influence on my professional personal development have all courses (usually undertaken from e learning platforms in form of online courses) that I have already completed or currently one – like Level 2 Preparation to work in adult social care worker.

DEFINITION – Personal development plan is a very useful tool which allows us to set up all objectives and goals for our own development. PEOPLE WHO COULD BE INVOLVED – In most of cases PDP is created in relation to work; it is in-depth discuss with Superiors who can assist with additional courses which may help us to achieve above mentioned assumptions. Usually Personal Development Plan is kept within personal folder at human resources office.

SOURCE 1 – refers to formal support – what I mean by that is received support from managers, supervisors and colleagues; receive advice and guidelines from them as they are in possession of better work related knowledge and have longer experience in relation to subject in question. SOURCE 2 – refers to support received from courses/training providers or/and colleagues who have relevant information with regard to different courses and work related qualifications.
