Their products, services, processes, facilities and operations in corporate objectives are periodically reviewed, in an effort to decrease waste and pollution or any negative impact it may have on the environment. Ford’s current business environment took a turn due to the sluggish economy but has regained its reputation in the process resulted in a high employee turnover, which includes retirement and pension plans Ford’s Motor Company management could make deals with more buyers. Ford Motor Company environment efforts has improved but is still regulated by the United States Government which increase cost for the company.
