PROBLEM STATEMENT
4.1 The first main problem of this school is that they are not organized on how or where do they put the students information. For example, the files from the students who already graduated from this school are being stocked in the shelves. As more students are enrolling each year, their shelves are getting full, causing the other data to be disarranged and go to the other information. 4.2 Silangan National High school have 2,069 students enrolled this year. Computing and converting their grades are the most problems said the teachers from this school. Sometimes they mistook the grades of the students from the other students. Also, solving all the grades and over all grades takes a lot of time.

OBJECTIVES
The CIGS aims to:
* Lessen and arrange the forms that was over flowing in the storage. * Compute, convert and save grades for a lesser amount of time. * Store and manipulate the positions of each section for future references.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE EXISTING SYSTEM
The silangan national high school manually input the information of each students and store it in the shelves. The grading system is also manually sorted to know the academic position of each students.

SCOPE AND LIMITATION
The CIGS have the following Capabilities
-Store and manipulate the data.
-Accurate and automatic conversion of grades.
-Manipulate the positions and officers of each section.
-Manipulate the Academic positions based on the grades of each student of each sections. The CIGS also have Limitation such as:
-The grades cannot be computed with a blank grade (incomplete grades).
