Their retail sales management emphasis on interaction among employees, respect for the staff and caring about customers. 2.0 Use of Product and it’s assortment

-Use of Product: In the past, most Singaporeans were still new to the bubble tea concept and were more than willing to fork out some money to test out the novelty. Needless to say, the bubble tea craze came crashing down after a good couple of years when the idea of paying for shoddily made and artificial flavored drinks was deemed too much. Fortunately, KOI Cafe brought back the experience of drinking teas that were made lovingly with better ingredients. -It’s assortment: Best known for reviving the bubble-tea “craze”, Koi Cafe serves authentic Taiwanese famous Milk Tea with Pearls. i. Category of product: a. Flavoured Tea. b. Milk Tea. c. Coffee d. Chewy Tea: you can choose bubble, glass jelly, Ai-YU jelly, Aloe Vera with your drink. ii. Size: all the product just have two sizes: medium or large iii. Sugar: In this cafe, you can choose the sugar level for your drink depends on your own love. For example: 0%,25%,50%,75%,100%,120%. iv. Price: Compared to other cafe, maybe they have a high price. However, enjoyable of the drinks definitely deserve the price. 3.0 Place:

The Store location: Last week I went to the new open outlet which located in YISHUN 10 Multiplex #01-02, which is under the cinema on the first floor in a shopping near YISHUN MRT. Moreover, if you step in the shopping mall, KOI cafe will be the first cute shop you will see. The store environment: The place has crowed of movie watchers and many other retail shops. Moreover, the shopping mall has air condition for people and clean comfortable environment. The reason: 1. As it’s near the YISHUN MRT, it’s convenient for people to buy the tea. Especially The ones after one day tired working. 2. As it’s the entrance of the shopping mall which including the cinema centre, it’s the smartest drink for people to choose after they seeing the movies.

3. The place has crowed of movie watchers and many other retail shop staffs. We have to say that KOI cafe take advantage of the number of people who has passed in the place per hour. They offer the best tea for the crowed of people who really in need with good service. Why not choose it? 4. For those who are willing to endure the queues waiting for one cup of tea, it has the comfortable environment for them. The cool temperature will not make people upset. Besides, If they don’t want to wait all the way, they can look around in the shopping mall first. It’s not boring for them. In a summary, after seeing the long queue in front of their shop, which will prove that the place chosen is best for their selling. And I can’t wait buying one cup of bubble tea for myself.
